Cocktail STWYZ

1.Salty Dog: Popular cocktail, a variation of "Greyhound". Historically it's a gin drink, but gin may be substituted with vodka. Preparation method: 1. Fill shaker with ice cubes. 2. Add 40ml gin and 100ml grapefruit juice. 3. Pour into salt rimmed highball glass with ice. 2.Sambuca: Traditional preparation of sambuca. Preparation method: 1. Drop 3 coffee beans into rocks glass. 2. Pour 50ml sambuca into cognac glass and light it up. 3. Allow it to burn for 10-15 seconds while slowly turning so that sambuca gets on the glass sides. 4. Pour burning sambuca into rocks glass and put cognac glass on top of the rocks upside down. 5. Still holding the cognac glass upside down put it on a napkin. 6. Drink sambuca from the rocks glass, eat coffee beans and inhale from the cognac glass. 3.Sangria: A refreshing drink popular during Summer, especially in Spain and Portugal. The ingredients are variable - you can use white wine instead of red wine, or add your own choice

1.Mai Tai: "Maita'i" is the Tahitian word for "good". The cocktail was invented by Trader Vic at his restaurant in California, in 1944. Now it is an IBA official cocktail and has many variations. Preperation steps: 1. Put ice into shaker. 2. Pour 40ml white rum, 20ml dark rum and 15ml orange curaçao. 3. Add 15ml almond syrup and 10ml lime juice. 4. Shake well then strain into highball glass. 5. Garnish with pineapple spear or lime peel. 2.Malibu Bay Breeze: Simple, light and delicious cocktail. Preperation steps: 1. Put some ice cubes into Highball glass. 2. Pour over ice 45ml Malibu, 60ml cranberry juice and 60ml pineapple juice. 3. Garnish with a slice of pineapple. 3.Manhattan: According to the most popular legend, this IBA official cocktail was invented at the Manhattan club in New York in the early 1870s by Dr. Iain Marshall for a banquet in honor of presidental candidate Samuel J. 1.Jack and Coke - Very simple and popular. Wasting scotch single malt whiskey on this one is not recommended. Preperation steps:  1. Fill collins glass with ice. 2. Pour 50ml Jack Daniels or other whiskey and 150ml Cola over ice. 3. Stir gently. 2.Jagertee- When it's cold and you want something hot, try this one. Preperation steps: 1. Make a cup of black tea. 2. Add 40ml overproof rum. 3. Add sugar according to your taste. 3.Japanese Slipper: This popular cocktail was created in 1984 by Jean-Paul Bourguignon at Mietta's Restaurant in Melbourne. Preperation steps: 1. Fill shaker with ice cubes. 2. Add 30ml Midori, 30ml Cointreau and 30ml lemon juice. 3. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. 4. 1) El Presidente: Classic cocktail from 1930s, this is the popular variation that was created in Havana during Prohibition. 1. Fill shaker with ice cubes. 2. Add 45ml white rum, 30ml dry vermouth and 30ml orange curaçao. 3. Finally add a dash of grenadine and shake well. 4. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. 5. Garnish with orange peel. 2) Fireball: This recipe is for 3 shots. 1. Fill shaker with ice cubes. 2. Pour 75ml white rum, 75ml Goldschläger (cinnamon schnapps) and 3 dashes of Tabasco sauce. 3. The word caipirinha is the diminutive version of the word caipira, which refers to someone from the countryside, being an almost exact equivalent of the American English hillbilly. 1.
