1.Mai Tai:"Maita'i" is the Tahitian word for "good". The cocktail was invented by Trader Vic at his restaurant in California, in 1944. Now it is an IBA official cocktail and has many variations.
Preperation steps:
1. Put ice into shaker.
2. Pour 40ml white rum, 20ml dark rum and 15ml orange curaçao.
3. Add 15ml almond syrup and 10ml lime juice.
4. Shake well then strain into highball glass.
5. Garnish with pineapple spear or lime peel.
2.Malibu Bay Breeze:Simple, light and delicious cocktail.
Preperation steps:
1. Put some ice cubes into Highball glass.
2. Pour over ice 45ml Malibu, 60ml cranberry juice and 60ml pineapple juice.
3. Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
3.Manhattan:According to the most popular legend, this IBA official cocktail was invented at the Manhattan club in New York in the early 1870s by Dr. Iain Marshall for a banquet in honor of presidental candidate Samuel J. Tilden.
Preperation steps:
1. Fill mixing glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour 50ml Rye or Canadian whiskey with 20ml Red vermouth into mixing glass.
3. Add 1 dash of Angostura Bitters.
4. Stir well and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
5. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
4.Manhattan Dry:Good pre-dinner cocktail, variation of Manhattan with dry vermouth.

6.Margarita:Margarita is classic, the most popular tequila-based cocktail in the United States.
Preperation steps:
1. Rim the glass with salt.
2. Pour 50ml Tequila and 30ml Cointreau or Triple Sec into shaker filled with ice cubes.
3. Add 20ml lime juice.
4. Shake well, strain into Margarita glass.
5. Garnish with lime slice.
7.Martinez:Rumors say that the cocktail was created by Professor Thomas for a patron traveling to Martinez, California.
Preperation steps:
1. Fill mixing glass with ice cubes.
2. Add 60ml gin, 20ml sweet red vermouth and 10ml Maraschino liqueur.
3. Add 1 dash Angostura Bitter and stir well.
4. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist.
8.Martini Chocolate,Preperation steps:
1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add 45ml vodka and 45ml creme de cacao.
3. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.
9.Martini Dirty:IBA official variation of Martini drink.
Preperation steps:
1. Fill mixing glass with ice cubes.
2. Add 60ml vodka, 10ml dry vermouth and 10ml olive juice.
3. Stir and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with olive.
10.Martini Dry:One of the most popular IBA official cocktails. It has many variations and gin to vermouth ratio is disputed. Noel Coward suggested that a perfect martini should be made by "filling a glass with gin then waving it in the general direction of Italy", meaning the less vermouth added to the gin the better the resulting drink.

2. Pour 60ml gin and 10ml dry vermouth.
3. Stir well and strain into cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with olive or squeeze oil from lemon peel into the glass.
11.Martini Espresso:IBA official variation of Martini drink, after-dinner cocktail.

2. Add 50ml vodka, 10ml Kahlua, 40ml espresso and a dash of sugar syrup.

14.Martini Perfect:This is a combination of Dry and Sweet Martini cocktails. Good pre-dinner cocktail. Vodka amount is variable according to your taste.

2. Add 55ml gin, 10ml dry vermouth and 10ml sweet red vermouth.

15.Martini Sweet:This is a variation of Martini cocktail with sweet red vermouth. Good pre-dinner cocktail. Vodka to vermouth ratio is variable according to your taste.

18.Melon Ball:Very nice and smooth drink that's easy to make. Use less juice if you'd like the cocktail to be stronger.
Preperation steps:
1. Fill highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour 30ml vodka and 60ml melon liqueur.
3. Top with orange or pineapple juice.
19.Miami beach:Preperation steps:
1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add 30ml scotch, 30ml dry vermouth and 30ml grapefruit juice.
3. Shake and strain into cocktail glass.
20.Midori Illusion:Sweet and fresh popular cocktail. Many varieties exist, more strong with rum and less pineapple juice, or without lemon juice and with Blue Curaçao.
Preperation steps:
1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add 45ml Midori, 15ml Triple Sec, 15ml vodka, 20ml lemon juice and 45ml pineapple juice.
3. Shake and strain into highball or hurricane glass.

25.Mojito:One of the most popular rum-based coctkails. This is an IBA official cocktail that was invented in Cuba around 16th century.
Preperation steps:
1. Put several sprigs of mint, 2 teaspoons of sugar into highball glass.
2. Add 30ml lime juice and muddle mint sprigs.
3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
4. Pour 40ml white rum, top with 100ml soda water.
5. Garnish with sprig of mint leaves.
26.Mojito Pomegranate:Pomegranate variation of Mojito.
Preperation steps:
1. Put 4 sprigs of mint, 2 teaspoons of sugar into highball glass.
2. Add 30ml lime juice and muddle mint sprigs.
3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
4. Pour 40ml white rum, 50ml pomegranate juice, top with 100ml soda water.
5. Garnish with sprig of mint leaves.
27.Monkey Gland:IBA official cocktail inspired by 1920's experiments of Serge Voronoff who grafted monkey testicle glands to human testicles.
Preperation steps:
1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add 50ml gin, 30ml orange juice, 2 drops of absinthe and 2 drops of grenadine.
3. Shake and strain into cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with orange slice.
28.Moscow Mule:IBA official long drink that was popular in US during the vodka craze in the 1950s.
Preperation steps:
1. Pour 45ml vodka into highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Add 120ml ginger beer and a dash of lime juice.
3. Garnish with lime slice.
29.Mudslide:A variation of classic "Black Russian" cocktail.
Preperation steps:
1. Fill rocks glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour 30ml vodka, 30ml coffe liqueur and 30ml Bailey's.
3. Slightly stir with mixing tin.
30.Mulled Wine:Called also Glühwein in German, this drink is very popular in German-speaking countries, France and Russia. Spices are highly variable, just use what you like.
Preperation steps:
1. Heat a bottle or more of red wine in a pan.
2. Add cinnamon sticks, clove, sugar, vanilla pods.
3. Add lemon wedges and wait 10 minutes.
4. Heat until the wine almost boils and serve in cups.
