1.Naked Lady:Very interesting combination of gentle sweetness and light touch of sour, resulting in a delicious classic drink.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add 50ml white rum and 50ml sweet vermouth.
3. Add a few dashes (10ml) of apricot brandy, Grenadine, and fresh lemon juice.
4. Shake well and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon peel.
2.Negroni:By legend, Negroni was invented in Florence, Italy in early XX century. Count Camillo Negroni asked his bartender to strenghten his favorite cocktail Americano by adding gin instead of soda water. Now it is an official IBA cocktail.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill Rocks glass with ice.
2. Pour 30ml gin, 30ml sweet red vermouth and 30ml Campari over the ice.
3. Garnish with orange peel.
3.Nutty Irishman:Nice sweet and mild drink if you like creamy cocktails like Alexander or Butter Cream. If you want it stronger, just add a bit of Irish whiskey. Another variation - make it a long drink by mixing with a cup of coffee.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add 30ml Frangelico, 30ml Bailey's or other Irish cream, and 30ml cream.
3. Shake well and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
4. Optionally top up with loose whipped cream.
5. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
4.Old Fashioned:The recipe was supposedly created in the 1880s by a bartender at the Pendennis Club, a gentlemen's club in Kentucky. This is an IBA official cocktail, but there are many "proper" ways of making an Old Fashioned. The choice of bitters is variable according to taste with Angostura being the only one required, our favorite choice is Angostura + a bit more Orange bitter + Aromatic bitter.
Preparation steps:
1. Place sugar cube in Rocks glass and saturate it with Angostura bitter and Orange bitter.
2. Add a few dashes of plain water and stir until sugar is dissolved.
3. Fill the glass with ice cubes, add 45ml Rye whiskey or Bourbon.
4. Garnish with an orange slice.
5.Painkiller:A signature drink of Pusser's Rum, first created in 1970s by Daphne Henderson at the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands. The amount of rum is varied by taste, depending on how strong you want the drink to be, from 30ml to 120ml.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill shaker with ice.
2. Add 60ml Pusser's rum or other dark rum, 30ml coconut milk, 120ml pineapple juice and 30ml orange juice.
3. Shake well and pour into Highball glass.
4. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
6.Panama:A variation of "Brandy Alexander" with Creme de Cacao white instead of dark.

1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add 30m Cognac, 30ml Creme de Cacao white and 30ml cream.
3. Shake and strain into cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
7.Paradise:IBA official cocktail, has long been a good aperitif.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill shaker with ice.
2. Add 35ml Gin, 20ml Apricot Brandy and 15ml Orange Juice.
3. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
8.Pina Colada:"Piña Colada" translates from Spanish as "strained pineapple". It is an official IBA cocktail and the official beverage of Puerto Rico since 1978.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill blender or shaker with crushed ice.
2. Add 30ml rum, 30ml coconut cream and 90ml pineapple juice.
3. Shake or blend until it is smooth and pour into chilled glass.
4. Garnish with pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
9.Pink Lady:Classic gin-based cocktail.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add 45ml gin, 15ml grenadine and an egg white.
3. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a cherry.
10.Pisco Sour:IBA official all-day cocktail.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add 45ml Pisco brandy, 30ml lemon juice, 20ml sugar syrup and 1 egg white.
3. Shake and strain into rocks glass or champagne flute.
4. Add a dash of Angostura bitters.
11.Planter's Punch:Classic IBA official cocktail that first appeared in print in a 1908 edition of the New York Times. Exact origin is disputed, by the legend it was invented bt Jamaican planter's wife who concocted it to cool down the workers. There is non-alcoholic version.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill shaker with ice.
2. Pour 45ml dark rum, 35ml orange juice, 35ml pineapple juice and 20ml lemon juice.
3. Add 10ml grenadine and 10ml sugar syrup.
4. Shake and pour with ice into highball glass.
5. Add 3-4 dashes of Angostura bitters.
6. Garnish with maraschino cherry and pineapple slice.
12.Porto Flip:After-dinner IBA official cocktail.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add 15ml brandy, 45ml Red Port and an egg yolk.
3. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
4. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
13.Ramos Fizz:IBA official long drink invented by Henry C. Ramos in 1888 at his bar, the Imperial Cabinet Saloonin in Louisiana, the cocktail was extremely popular at that time.
Preparation steps:
1. Pour into shaker without ice: 45ml gin, 15ml lime juice, 15ml lemon juice, 30ml sugar syrup.
2. Add 60ml cream and 1 egg white, 3 dashes of orange flower water and 3 drops of vanilla extract.
3. Shake for 2 minutes, add ice and shake for another minute.
4. Strain into highball or hurricane glass and top with 25ml soda.
5. Garnish with orange slice.
14.Rattlesnake:Strong whiskey-based cocktail from 1930 The Savoy Cocktail Book. The comment for the drink says "So called because it will either cure Rattlesnake bite, or kill Rattlesnakes, or make you see them".
Preparation steps:
1. Pour 60ml rye whiskey and a dash of Absinthe into cocktail shaker without ice.
2. Add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons sugar syrup and a half egg white.
3. Shake thoroughly to make the drink frothy.
4. Add ice, shake well again and strain into cocktail glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
15.Red Square:Russian variation of "Flatliner" with vodka instead of Tequila.
Preparation steps:
1. Pour 20ml sambuca into shooter glass.
2. Carefully pour 25ml vodka on top of sambuca.
3. Drop a dash of Tabasco sauce.
16.Redheaded slut:Also known as "Ginger bitch", can be also made as a long drink. The recipe here is for 3 shots.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
2. Pour 40ml Jägermeister, 40ml peach schnapps and 70ml cranberry juice.
3. Shake well and strain into shots.
17.Rickey cocktails:"Rickey" is a family of drinks made with some base liquor, lime juice and sparkling water. One of the most popular is "Gin Rickey" made with gin.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill highball glass with ice.
2. Add 50ml liquor, 30ml lime juice, top with soda.
3. Garnish with lime wedge.
18.Roasted Toasted Almond:A stronger variation of "Toasted Almond" with vodka.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill rocks glass with ice.
2. Add 30ml Amaretto, 30ml coffee liqueur, 30ml vodka and top with cream.
3. Stir slightly.
19.Rob Roy:The drink is a variation of Manhattan cocktail with Scotch whiskey. It is named for the scottish folk hero Robert Roy McGregor, Scottish Robin Hood. This cocktail first appeared in New York City around 1890.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill mixing glass with ice cubes.
2. Add 45ml Scotch, 25ml sweet red vermouth and 1 dash of Angostura bitters.
3. Stir well and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with maraschino cherry.

20.Rocket Fuel:Very strong cocktail. The ingredients are highly variable and the cocktail is basically a mixture of strong liquors.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Add 30ml vodka, 30ml triple sec, 30ml white rum, 30ml gin and 30ml tequila.
3. Top with lemonade or 7-Up and stir well.
21.Rose:Pre-dinner IBA official cocktail.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill mixing glass with ice.
2. Add 40ml dry vermouth, 20ml Kirsch and 3 dashes of strawberry syrup.
3. Stir well and strain into cocktail glass.
22.Rossini:Classic champagne cocktail named after famous italian composer Gioachino Rossini.
Preparation steps:
1. Blend several strawberries and optionally add small amount of lemon juice.
2. Put some ice, blended strawberries into mixing glass and add 100ml sparkling wine.
3. Gently stir with cocktail spoon and strain into champagne flute.
23.Roy Rogers:Refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail named after famous actor and singer.
Preparation steps:
1. Put some ice cubes highball glass.
2. Pour 10ml grenadine and fill the glass with cola.
3. Stir well and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
24.Russian Spring Punch:IBA official sparkling cocktail.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add 25ml vodka, 25ml lemon juice, 15ml Creme de Cassis and 10ml sugar syrup.
3. Shake and pour into highball glass.
4. Top with sparkling wine.
5. Garnish with lemon slice and a blackberry.
25.Rusty Nail:IBA official after-dinner cocktail. May be served on the rocks or neat.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill Rocks glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour 45ml Scotch whiskey and 25ml Drambuie.
3. Stir gently and garnish with lemon twist.
26.Oatmeal Cookie:Very mild and sweet cocktail that resembles oatmeal cookies. Some variations exclude Jägermeister from the recipe. The cocktail be made on the rocks or as a shooter. The recipe here is for 3-4 shots.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add 30ml Goldschläger, 30ml Butterscotch liqueur, 30ml Bailey's.
3. Optionally add 30ml Jägermeister.
4. Shake well and strain into shooter glasses.
27.Orgasm:Sweet and light shot, many versions exist. May be served on the rocks or layered in a shot. "Screaming orgasm" is another variation of this cocktail with vodka.
Preparation steps:
1. Fill Rocks glass with ice.
2. Pour 30ml Cointreau, 30ml Bailey's and 20ml Grand Marnier over ice.
3. Garnish with cherry.
28.Orgasm #2:
A variation of "Orgasm" cocktail with Amaretto and coffee liqueur instead of Cointreau and Grand Marnier.
Preparation steps:
1. Pour 15ml coffee liqueur into shooter glass.
2. Add 15ml Bailey's on top of coffee liqueur and 15ml Amaretto on top of Bailey's.
